Royal Blue - One Piece Qualifiers

Welcome to the Royal Blue! 

And the First Ever Royal Blue Qualifier

Where the strongest pirates & marines gather to compete in the Royal Blue Grand Prix. Royal Blue Grand Prix is a new Open circuit hosted by Royalty Cards and Collectibles. In order to determine who is worthy of competing in the Grand Prix, there will be several Royal Blue Qualifiers hosted through out Canada.

PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING AT CHECKOUT:
 - Full Name, Email, BANDAI TCG+ NUMBER

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE REFUND

Event Date and Time: Saturday, July 11th 2026

Check-in: 10:00am
Pairings pushed: 10:45am
Main event starts: 11:00am

Location: PineCrest Event Centre - 17 Vinyl Ct. Woodbridge, ON L4L 4A3

Capacity: 128 players

Format: Swiss, BO1, 30min + 5min OVERTIME - 7 ROUNDS w/ Top Cut

Top Cut 8: Single Elimination, BO3, 60min + 10min OVERTIME - 3 ROUNDS

There will be Side Events running on-demand basis. More information can be found closer to the date.

Deck List Submission:
Deck list submission must be done through BESTCOAST PAIRINGS before 10:00pm EST on Friday, July 10th. Any players who fail to do this will be dropped.

Waitlist: If a decklist is not submitted in time, players will receive a round 1 loss. If a player has not submitted their decklist by the end of check-in, they will be dropped from the event.

Refunds will only be given to people who submit a refund request BEFORE July 4th. Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions.

If all tickets are sold out, you will be added to the waitlist - players from the waitlist will be proactively contacted if they get a slot in the event.

Side Events:

We will be hosting On-Demand Side Events! Registration for side events will happen in person after the main event has fired, and that will be capped at 8 players each event. We will be aiming to start at noon.

These tournaments will take place in the same hall as the Main event. All registration for them will be done on-site.
