Shipping, Policies and FAQ

1. Duties and Taxes

All shipments to USA are now subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer. If these fees are not paid and the package is returned, you will receive a refund for the product minus shipping and return fees.

    2. Shipping locations

    We currently ship within Canada, U.S.A, and United Kingdom (duties and taxes may apply)

    3. Shipping Rates Within Canada

    Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

    4. Shipping Rates to United States and United Kingdom

    United States and United Kingdom Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout( duties and taxes may apply).

    5. Sales Tax

    All orders will be taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.

    6. When will my order be processed, shipped and delivered?

    Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. shipping and delivery times will depend on where you are located as well as shipping options you choose at checkout.

    7. Refunds on Sale/Discounted Items

    All products that are on sale or have been discounted are FINAL SALE.

    8. Order Adjustments

    Please be advised that we accept order adjustments but in order for the adjustments that are requested to be fulfilled, a request must be submitted to RoyaltyCardsandCollectibles@gmail.com before your shipment is processed. After your order has been processed, we no longer have the ability to modify an order as the order has already be shipped out to your preferred destination.

    9. Damaged Products/Missing Items

    If you receive a damaged/missing product(s), you are required to notify us by email at RoyaltyCardsandCollectibles@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered. 

    Please note, there will be no refunds on ripped products or manufacturing defects. 

    10. Product Availability

    All orders will be subject to the availability of products. If an item is no longer in stock or over sold when your order is placed, we will make best efforts to contact you and remove the product from your order. any price change in the total order amount will be reimbursed via original payment method made by the customer at checkout.

    11. Seller Protection & Fraud Detection

    all order transactions will be required to be verified with a name, address, email and phone number when using a credit card or debit card issued in a bank within Canada, United States, and United Kingdom. Credit cards and debit cards issued outside of Canada, United States, and United Kingdom will not be accepted.

    12. Order Cancellations

    To request an order cancellation, please email us at RoyaltyCardsandCollectibles@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
