We will consider and take offers on any and every card possible and work together with you so that at the end of the day you walk away satisfied with the deal you got. We accept cards such as Pokémon, basketball, baseball, hockey, football, soccer and more! Whether your card is in mint, near mint, or slightly played condition, we will consider it, appraise it and give you the best price possible.

RECEIVING PAYMENT

After the offer has been agreed upon, Royalty Card Supplies will go ahead and send you your payment as part of the sale agreement via the payment option you have chosen in the form you filled out above. The options available for you to choose as payment are PayPal, EMT (for Canadian residences) or Store credit. Payments to the seller will be made 3 days after the sale has been agreed upon and the seller receives a confirmation email.

 

SELLING POLICY 

Selling list must follow and adhere to the rules and policies listed below:

  • Selling list is to be provided by the seller and listed in the form filled out above and consist of the following:
  1. name of the graded card or sealed product
  2. card/product set name
  3. card identification
  • Sell lists must be graded cards, Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Boxes, Hobby Boxes and many more (products other than graded cards must be sealed).
  • Royalty Card Supplies reserves the rights to decline, refuse or counter-offer any offers made by a seller.
  • Royalty Card Supplies is NOT responsible for any damages or losses to products during transit. If your package(s) arrives at our location with clear evidence of damage, the package will be refused it will then be the sellers responsibility to get into contact with the courier company to make a claim. 
  • Payments will not be made until all contents of the package are reviewed, verified and authenticated and a confirmation email agreeing to the sale is sent and received by the seller.
  • C.O.D.(cash on delivery) is not accepted.
  • All fees associated with shipping is the sellers responsibility. If the package arrives at our location with a total owing for postage, that amount will be deducted from your selling list total or our counter-offer total.
  • If a package(s) is refused by us upon arrival because of damage caused during transit, we will refuse delivery and it is the sellers responsibility to contact the courier for there package and to make a claim. If in the case where we accept delivery and open the package and it reveals that the contents within the package are damaged and/or tampered with during transit, a deal cannot be made and the seller will be responsible for sending Royalty Card Supplies a return shipping label to send back the package(s) to the seller. An email will be sent to the seller to confirm that the package was not accepted and a deal cannot be made. the seller will then have 30 days from this email to send a return shipping label. Royalty Card Supplies reserves the right to claim ownership of the package and the contents within the package if the seller fails to send a return shipping label within the 30 days.  
  • If your selling list consists of errors (incorrect card/product name, set number or identification number), we will adjust the offer sheet to what is present to us in the package. An email will be sent to the seller to reflect the adjustments made in the confirmation email or counter-offer email. In the case of a counter-offer, you will have 10 days from the date the counter-offer email was sent to either send via email another counter-offer, accept the offer or decline the offer. If an agreement is not reached, the seller will have the responsibility to send Royalty Card Supplies a return shipping label within 30 days of the email in which a counter-offer was declined by the seller. Failure to do so will result in Royalty Card Supplies reserving the right to claim ownership of the package and the contents within the package.

SHIPPING AND PACKING INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Make sure all products in the package are listed in the form filled out with no errors in the name, set number or identification number
  2. Products must be packaged to a high degree to avoid any sort of damage
  3.  Sellers must print out and include the form filled out and placed in all packages sent
