PRE ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of any pre-orders will incur a 10% processing fee based on the order value. NO EXCEPTIONS

Pre orders can not be cancelled within 72 hours of the release date. After that period, all items are FINAL SALE.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require the purchase of an additional shipping charge. Please contact our team via email to make these adjustments.

PRE ORDER PRICE PROTECTION

If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be credited the difference via Store Credit which can be redeemed online or in-store on a future purchase.*

If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, your price paid will not be affected.**
