Terms and Conditions of Consignment

Welcome to the world of consigning with Royalty Card Supplies. Here, we give the client the opportunity to broadcast pieces of there collection to the world to sell and make a profit. We currently consign sealed products as well as graded cards anywhere from Pokémon to Basketball and much more. Whether its your goal to make a profit or update your collection, consigning with Royalty Card Supplies is the best place to be.

Royalty Card Supplies charges a fee of 10% of the sale price or a fee of $15, whichever is greater. This fee will only be charged once the product has been sold and payment has been sent by the buyer and received by us. Consigners will receive there pay out once payment has been received by Royalty Card Supplies (Payments are minus applicable fees such as but not limited to sales tax and or PayPal fees). Payments made to the consignor after the sale of the product will automatically have the 10% consignor fee or $15 minimum fee as well as any applicable taxes and/or PayPal fees deducted. When consignors have more than one product consigned with Royalty Card Supplies, each individual product will be subject to the consignment fees, applicable taxes and stocking fees but not  the consignors product list as a whole.

We offer consignment time frames of 15, 30 or 45 days where your product will be consigned and posted on our website. All products consigned with us and listed on our website will be subject to a mandatory fee of 10% or a fee of $15 if the product is sold. if the product is not sold within the agreed consignment time period, you will be subject to a stocking fee of $7.99 plus applicable taxes and/or PayPal fees. In the case of a product not being sold within the agreed consignment time frame, the consignor will have 60 days after the expiration of the agreed consignment time frame to send us, Royalty Card Supplies, a return shipping label which will allow us to send back your product(s). If the consignor fails to provide us, Royalty Card Supplies, with a return shipping label within the 60 days after the expiration of the agreed consignment time frame, Royalty Card Supplies reserves the right to claim ownership of the product(s).

In the case that a product is also not sold in the agreed consignment time period, we will give you another opportunity to re-consign your unsold products at a discounted price. Our consignment fee for a product being consigned for a second time after not being sold the first time is 5% of the sale price or a fee of $10, whichever is greater. Products that are not sold within this agreed consignment time period will be subject to a stocking fee of $5.99 plus applicable taxes and/or PayPal fees. Consignors who re-consign there product with us after the first time around will not be obligated to send us a return shipping label for the product but will be obligated to send us one when there product has not been sold and the consignment time period has expired.                                                    

When products are consigned, listed and sold, payment will be made out in 3 business days. The form of payout will be EMT within Canada or PayPal within Canada and United states. Sale price suggestions are welcomed, appreciated, and will be considered but we will be pricing products with the assistance, expertise, and  knowledge of our experts as well as the current market value. Royalty Card Supplies cannot wait to work with all of our consignors and future consignors, and clients.

  1. After approval of the consignment offer, next step will be to ship the consignment products listed in your consignment offer to our location for verification and inspection. Please make sure to use the information below in your shipping label:

  1. After product shipment has been received by Royal Card Supplies at the specified location and after successful verification and inspection of the products, the next step is the consignment contract. A consignment contract will be sent to the email provided in the consignment offer for the consignor to fill out and send back to us at RoyaltyCardSupplies@gmail.com.
